Integrity in all
we do is the first priority for datzmedia and for the messages we
convey on behalf of clients. Compelling content and presentation come together here, to support your mission. As principal of marketing communications and public relations consultant datzmedia in Brimfield, Massachusetts, Bob Datz began converging media long before the phrase took off. From radio through print and into design and development using the electronic media and the Web, Bob has always stressed that there is no single way to convey information. He employs his own expertise and will also work in association with others in developing software and dynamic media to satisfy the tastes and goals of businesses, individuals and organizations. Bob's "cross-platform" career began while still studying at Kent State University in his native Ohio, where he gathered and delivered the news for radio, television and newspaper outlets on campus. He spent a meaningful two years working for Cesar Chavez at the California headquarters of the United Farm Workers. Commercial radio and newspaper work over many years led up to further branching into a multimedia practice based on further training in Web and graphic design at Clark University. He has worked as an editor in print and broadcast journalism as well as book publishing, and his endeavors have ranged from science and environmental topics to political affairs and human interest reporting. It was obvious even before development of the Internet that it pays to use multiple media in approaching any communications goal. As a newspaper editor at Worcester's Telegram & Gazette, Bob was an early proponent of writers setting egos aside to place as much information as possible into easy-to-digest graphics, and he learned to produce those graphics using some of the earliest software.
